Alexander Lee Eusebio, most well-known as Alexander or Xander (born on July 29, 1988 in Macau), is a half-Korean-quarter-Portuguese-quarter-Chinese singer, rapper, host and entertainer who rose to fame as one of the 7 members of South Korean, K-Pop boy group U-KISS. Aside from U-KISS, Alexander is also known for his hosting stints (most notably for Arirang's radio show Pops in Seoul segment 'All About You' and 'Radio School' with bandmates Kevin and Eli, a few song collaborations outside his group (rapping in Brave Brothers' "Finally", and Hye Ji's "Your Love") and appearances on several South Korean TV variety shows. In addition, he has also modelled for a few designers, with one of them being famous Korean fashion designer Lee Sang Bong. He is also well-known for his ability to speak 7 languages: Cantonese, English, Korean, Mandarin, Spanish, Portuguese, and Japanese. He has also revealed that he has learnt a little French, together with his sister, out of interest for the language. He also once expressed his interest in learning Thai Language, as he finds the alphabets of the language interesting.

On February 23, 2011, news broke out that he and his bandmate Ki Bum had left the group in which they both confirmed. Their contracts were terminated by their agency. NH Media released a statement that the reason Alexander had left was due to personal reasons and his desire to pursue his studies. This was denied by Alexander, as he said he did leave the group but not for the reasons that were stated. His last official event with U-KISS was via a fan meet in Mikie Holiday Hotel at Medan, Indonesia on March 5, 2011.

Alexander is now currently signed as a solo artist under his new agency, M Plus Entertainment, and has released his digital single, "I Just".

Personal life

Born in Hong Kong to Korean and Portuguese-Chinese parents, Alexander lived in and grew up in Macau. Later on, he also lived in California, United States, where he was a communications student at De Anza College. He currently resides in Seoul, South Korea with his grandmother. His father, Anthony Eusebio is half Portuguese, half Chinese, partly Filipino (from Filipino-Spanish descent), and his mother, Chungmi Lee, is Korean. He also has an older sister by 2 years, Victoria. His family is well-known by fans, as they are active and interactive on social networking site Twitter, where they also communicate with Alexander, which also gives fans a sense of the warmth and love they share as a family.

With a joyful, outgoing and kind personality, it is no surprise that Alexander has a number of good friends in the entertainment industry. He is said to be good friends with f(x)'s Amber, female solo artiste Youn Ha, Bekah (formerly from the girl group After School), 2PM's Nichkhun, Chinese singer Wei Chen, Taiwanese singer and actor Vanness Wu, Danson Tang, Super Junior-M member Zhou Mi and bandmates Dongho and Kibum .

Alexander is a Christian. He's been involved with 3rd Wave Music, a South Korean Christian music label and also considers Jaeson Ma as his mentor.

Prior to debuting in the South Korean entertainment industry, Alexander has done some modelling and also appeared in an educational television advertisement on the dangers of gambling.

Alexander is known to be active on the following social networking sites: Twitter (his username is alexander_0729) and Weibo, a Chinese micro-blogging site similar to the former. He is known to his fans as the Twitter Monster as he is usually active on the said site.

U-KISS

Alexander was scouted to be a member of U-Kiss whilst being on holiday in Seoul, and later on, together with 5 other members Kim Ki Bum, Shin Soo Hyun, Eli Kim, Shin Dong Ho and Kevin Woo, made their debut in Japan at the "Power of Atamix", on August 15, 2008. They then made their official debut in Korea on August 28, 2008, performing "Not Young", under their first mini album, "New Generation". During his time with the band, they have released 4 mini-albums (New Generation, Bring It Back 2 Old School, ContiUkiss and Break Time--- his and Kibum's last as members) and 1 full album entitled, "Only One". Their most popular song to date is "Man Man Ha Ni" from their mini-album, "ContiUkiss". The release of "ContiUkiss" also introduced the addition of a 7th member, Lee Ki Seop.

U-KISS has toured and promoted around Asia and is very popular in Japan, Indonesia, Singapore, Philippines, Malaysia, and Thailand.

In February 2011, Alexander and Ki Bum were revealed to be leaving the group. With an event in Medan, Indonesia scheduled in March, Alexander made his last appearance as a member of U-Kiss through this showcase.

Solo Debut

Since leaving U-Kiss, Alexander made his first comeback through a private fanmeeting, "When Alexander Met You..." held in Hong Kong on 6th August 2011, where fans were able to be up-close and personal with him, and specially performed "Bad Girl" (ENG Ver.) for the first time, assuring his fans that they hadn't seen the last of him. Prior to the private fanmeeting, he also participated in the "Father, I Honor You" Praise Concert in Hong Kong on 18th June 2011, singing gospel song "아주먼 옛날" (A Long Long Time Ago) and "Nobody". In October 2011, together with Brian Joo, Pastor Johnny and members of 3rd Wave, Alexander was part of a fanmeeting and also a Music Rally event at the FGA church in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. He performed "Looking For The Day", together with Brian Joo and Pastor Johnny, as well as a few other songs together with 3rd Wave. Through this event, Alexander also expressed his interest in Contemporary Christian Music (CCM) as well, saying that it is something which he definitely wants to do. After which, he made his solo debut on December 9th, 2011 through a showcase event held at Akasaka Blitz in Tokyo. He has also held a showcase in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, where he performed songs from his new single "ALEXANDER", as well as "That Man", an OST from popular Korean drama "Secret Garden", and performed a song in Mandarin for the first time, "情非得已", an OST from Taiwanese drama "Meteor Garden". The title song from his first single, "I Just" made its' debut at #37 on Mnet Japan's MCountdown chart.
